What is LGPD?<\/b>\n

\nfederal law No. 13,709\/2018<\/b> - General Data Protection Law<\/b> - was created to protect personal data and the privacy of all individuals, both in physical and digital media.\nAlthough this data is confidential, it is very common for it to be shared or sold without people's knowledge and authorization, with LGPD<\/b> this will no longer be allowed.\nWe are committed to safeguarding your privacy when establishing this relationship with us, our objective is to make our data collection and sharing policy as clear as possible, also set out in the Privacy Policy<\/b>, informing you about the data collected and how we use them.\n

\nBy using our services, you declare your express<\/b> consent for us to collect, process and store data about you when we deem it necessary to provide our services, such as:\n

\n1) Services:<\/b>\n

\n\u2022 Information you provide.<\/b> We collect the data you provide when registering, such as first and last name, mailing address, email address, WhatsApp, Skype, payment information, bank details, ID , CPF, social contract, CNPJ, as well as other information required for registration.\n

\n\u2022 Communication.<\/b> We can record and record all data provided in all communication carried out with our team of collaborators, whether by electronic means, messages, telephone or any other means.\n

\n\u2022 Payment information. <\/b>When you submit your or your company's details for payments, we may collect information about the purchase or transaction. This covers information from you or your payment company, such as credit or debit card data, account and authentication information, in addition to billing data, such as full address, CPF, RG and CNPJ.\n

\n\u2022 Carry out and keep your registration updated, verify your identity and any other information;
\n\u2022 Serve our customers, potential customers and third parties, including handling questions, complaints, requests and support through our service channels, enabling them to contact us whenever necessary;
\n\u2022 Sending communications in general;
\n\u2022 Contact data subjects to send information about: (a) products and\/or services offered by the brand and its partners, as well as other relevant information, such as changes to the website's functionalities and other matters that the brand deems of interest ;
\n\u2022 Talk to the customer about processing their orders and requests, as well as informing them about offers, programs, sweepstakes or promotions from the brand or its commercial partners;
\n\u2022 Provide customer service to data subjects, which may involve various activities related to the contracted services;
\n\u2022 Comply with judicial, administrative and arbitration orders and decisions.\n

\n3) Data Sharing<\/b>\n

\nZL Brazil<\/b> does not sell or exchange your personal data with third parties, but may share it with other people as an essential part of providing our services to you, such as service providers, partners, financial institutions (exclusively to enable payments) or regulatory bodies when necessary or relevant for the purposes set out in contracts with our customers and in this Privacy Policy, within strict security standards, always aiming for the confidentiality of your information for data protection.\n

\nPersonal data may also be shared to comply with current legislation, for tax, criminal and\/or consumer purposes, as well as to cooperate with the competent authorities.\n

\n4) Data Storage<\/b>\n

\nThe period for which ZL Brazil<\/b> keeps the personal data collected depends on the purpose and nature of the data processing. Therefore, we will process your collected data for the period necessary to comply with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations, to continue to provide and improve our products and services, for risk management, for the regular exercise of rights in administrative, judicial and arbitration and for the other purposes set out in this Privacy Policy.<\/b>\n

\nAll data collected will be kept for a minimum period of 06 (six) months and a maximum period of 30 (thirty) years, when it will be deleted from our servers. Data may be deleted before the end of said period when the holder of the personal data so requests or when they are no longer necessary or relevant for us to offer our services, unless there is any other reason for their maintenance, such as a possible legal obligation to retention of data, or need to preserve it to protect the company's rights.\n

\nAll personal data is stored on password-protected servers, ERP system, electronic drives, computers, smartphones, electronic catalogue, in the Skype database or e-mail, as well as in lockers protected with a key (in cases of information transmitted physically) , located in Brazil. ZL Brazil<\/b> may relocate and store servers in any other country that complies with privacy legislation, in order to have support or backup, always keeping them safely under our supervision.\n

\n5) Rights of Personal Data Holders<\/b>\n

\nZL Brazil<\/b> guarantees customers that their requests will be met based on the rights of the data subjects provided, as described in Law 13,709 \u2013 LGPD<\/b>.\n

\nI<\/b> \u2013 Confirmation of the existence of treatment;
\nII<\/b> \u2013 Access to data;\nIII<\/b> \u2013 Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
\nIV<\/b> \u2013 Anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with the provisions of the Law;
\nV<\/b> \u2013 Data portability to another service or product provider upon express request, in accordance with the regulations of the national authority, observing commercial and industrial secrets;
\nVI<\/b> \u2013 Elimination of personal data processed with the consent of the holder, except in the cases provided for by Law;
\nVII<\/b> \u2013 Information on public and private entities with which the controller shared data use;
\nVIII<\/b> \u2013 Information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal;
\nIX<\/b> \u2013 Revocation of consent.\n

\nHolders can exercise their rights through ZL Brazil<\/b> communication channels made available for this purpose. The data subject is aware that their requests may be legally rejected, being justified to the data subject based on the terms of Law 13,709 \u2013 LGPD.<\/b>\n

\nPersonal data held by ZL Brazil<\/b> will be stored in accordance with the strictest standards adopted by the market, using security measures to preserve the privacy and integrity of the data. We maintain access controls to our customers' data, as well as training teams to correctly process data.\n

\nWe use viable technical means to protect electronic data, such as antivirus; professional hosting, encrypted passwords; SSL security certificate; firewall to minimize the risk of hacking; antispam to protect against emails that may contain viruses; and individual access control for computers, network and systems.\n

\nIn other words, we protect your personal data from all types of threats: destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access. ZL Brazil<\/b> protects your Personal Data in accordance with the security and confidentiality standards and procedures established by Brazilian legislation.\n
