ZL Brasil has been traditional in the auto parts market since 1971, a 100% Brazilian company, located in Santa Bárbara d´Oeste in the interior of São Paulo. The company stands out as a manufacturer of Steering Bars and Ends, Reaction Rods, Suspension Pivots, Stabilizer Bar Ties and other parts for heavy-duty 6x4 Trucks and Buses from renowned brands. The dedication to achieving and improving the way of working begins with the investment in state-of-the-art equipment and the countless training provided to its employees, which subsequently results in an increasingly specialized and qualified workforce. Products manufactured by ZL Brasil follow the quality standards required by ISO 9001 and INMETRO.
The export sector has maintained continuous growth. Today the company exports to more than 40 countries, including the large nations of North America and Europe. To achieve this success, the sales department studies and maps the main trends in the international market, producing positive strategies that meet customer needs, always respecting current laws and regulations.
Structure
ZL Brasil currently has a construction area of 7,000 m² and more than 150 employees. The company offers its distributors products and services with quality, durability and safety - a philosophy followed by the company, which makes it one of the largest parts manufacturers in the heavy and medium line sector.
Training
ZL Brasil maintains training for all regions of Brazil, recycling and updating applicators, mechanics, supervisors and managers. The training covers assembly and disassembly, use of the clearance checking device for urban bus companies, instructions on applying new products and information about the warranty and ZL Brasil's commitment to its customers during sales and after-sales. Its technical assistance is always attentive to changes made by car manufacturers and aims for continuous improvement, which is why it invests in and maintains more and more professional and specialized partners in the heavy-duty segment.
